DO I HAVE TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT?
You can either make an appointment or drop off your vehicle. We usually need a half day notice if you are going to make an appointment.

DO YOU HAVE A MOBILE SERVICE?
Yes, we install windshield replacements mobile. However, other items such as door, vent, or quarter window glass has to be installed in our shops. Mobile service times usually run from 8am-10am, 9am-11am, 1pm-3pm and 2pm-4pm. Windshield repairs also must be done at one of our shop locations.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO REPLACE A PIECE OF GLASS?
Most windshields, door, vent and quarter window glass installations take anywhere from 1 hour to 1 1/2 hours. If a vehicle takes longer than an hour we will let you know.

HOW LONG DOES A WINDSHIELD REPAIR TAKE?
Most windshield repairs take bout 20 minutes to repair. Windshield repairs must smaller than a quarter in size. We cannot do windshield repairs in the rain, due to the fact that water is in the crack. NOTE: It is best to repair the windshield immediately after, so water and dirt does not get into the crack.
